The Yamaha CD-C is a great unit, with very good sound. I find the sound clean and rich. The play mechanism seems quiet, no noise. Set-up was very easy and the unit played the first time with no problems. The CD load time is a bit slow, however there are other brands that are slower. The CD tray opens to display all 5 CD bays at once.

Mar 03,  · The downside about this reference is that it’s not entirely flattering. It suggests that I advocate the use of infant white noise machines (I don’t) and lumps me in with another blogger who advocates the use of white noise as loud as 85 dB (which is far louder than the 50 dB that I, and frankly modern science, suggests). Thus there is definitely a not so slight whiff of “crazy internet.

Dec 21,  · The only problem is the mechanical noise that CD transport is making. It is not loud (some of other players I used had been much louder), however during pauses, particularly when listening in low volume it seems very irritating to me. Is there anything I can do about it? Thanks, rolands. Mrhappy37 Member.

Tracks , 7, 8, 11, 12, 15, 20 & 22 are mono recordings. Track 10 is marked as mono on the packaging, but is actually two-track stereo. This collection is notable in that it is one the first packagings of EMI's classic s material, and was compiled prior to the invention of No-Noise, so none of the selections have been digitally noise-reduced.4/5(2).

Jan 21,  · But if I play CD in deck B (recording deck)they mostly play fine. When I play the Cds in a Aiwa Cd player they play fine. Regular Cds play with no problems in deck A, except on some 2-CD imports, 1 disc will play fine in deck A and 1 will have that clicking sound, but will play fine in deck B. I use Memorex Music 80 minute CD-Rs.

Check to see if you're getting noise on all sources — CD, auxiliary/USB, AM, and FM. If the noise is present only on the radio, then it's most likely coming through your antenna lead. Unplug the antenna. If the noise goes away, try an antenna noise suppressor (like American International's AS).
